True to its name, Costa Calma is one of Fuerteventura’s quieter resorts. Wedged between a beautiful 17-mile beach and a volcanic nature park – this is the perfect place if you’re looking for a kick-back-and-relax holiday.
That’s not to say there’s nothing to do. The beautiful natural environment is a watersport and nature-lovers paradise – with surfing pros visiting from all over the world to ride the perfect waves. And when the tide is in there’s lots of little pools for tots to paddle. The Jandia Natural Park is right on the resort’s doorstep, and can be explored by bike or a group buggy tour with a guide.
While the town itself is not home to super-clubs or late-night bars, you’ll find pubs and family-friendly restaurants. There’s also the Oasis Park Zoo for the little ones.
