I began my journey in travel when I left school in 2000. This is now my 20th year in the industry.
In this time I have been fortunate enough to travel to a multitude of destinations around the world such as the East Coast of Canada, Chicago and part of Route 66, Dubai and many of Europe's beach resorts.
I have also accrued an extensive knowledge in planning memorable holidays for my many repeat clients. Some of them I have been booking throughout my entire career.
I take great pride in the service I provide my clients. I get a real high when a client returns from their holiday having had a great time and already looking forward to the next one.
I will always give an honest and impartial opinion on a holiday for my client. My job is to make sure that my clients have the best holiday possible and that means finding the right holiday for them.
I am the branch manager of Barrhead Travel's Stirling branch. I have worked here for the past fifteen years starting my career as a travel consultant before being promoted to assistant manager and now branch manager, which I have been for eight years now.
Travel is something I have a real passion for. I like to think that my clients feel that when we are discussing their holiday plans. One of my specialities is tailor-made travel, particularly in Canada and the USA. I love putting together itineraries for clients that suit what they want.

We have worked with Steven for roughly 10 years which has included many holidays - actual and potential. The experience has been excellent - hence why we have come back to Steven many times over.
Steven has always worked hard for us in terms of our suggestions/wishes and using his own knowledge to find the optimal deal and arrangements.
Additionally, we have often asked Steven to research possible holidays for us, that eventually we didn't do but he never complains about any "wasted effort" and continues to go and above and beyond to help us.I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Steven is always willing to help and will always strive to find you exactly what you're looking for at the best price. The aftercare is second to none as if something out with your control happens on your holiday Steven will contact you to ensure all is well.
