  The four of us got back yesterday and we just wanted to say Thank You for putting this holiday package together for us.
  
  The Westjet flights were comfortable and timely
  
  The Hyatt Regency in Vancouver was excellent. An absolutely superb location for exploring the city, but also for the cruise terminal and skytrain from the airport.
  
  We thoroughly enjoyed the 48 hour hop on/hop off bus tours. Excellent service.
  
  Finally the cruise on Celebrity Eclipse was sensational. Our first time with Celebrity cruises and it will not be our last. Great ship, absolutely superb food, lovely service and amazing scenery and locations explored.
  
  We loved the whole experience and just wanted to say Thank You.

  My personal travel planner, Craig sold the holiday to me with his first email beautifully describing [from personal experience]a suggested itinerary which sounded fabulous. We are travelling with friends who also had options to be considered, some cheaper, some not but Craig’s descriptive narrative put this one in a different league. He has been extremely supportive at every stage, but not pushy and his patience is amazing.

  Craig,
  Thank you for organising our wonderful trip to Canada. Recently back we had a great time and really enjoyed the Rocky Mountaineer and the Alaska Cruise. The Holland America ship was fantastic, with such friendly and obliging staff and excellent food. The weather was great for the whole trip .
  We were glad to have the extra days in Vancouver before and after the trip and spent alot of time walking and using the hop on hop off bus.
  
  It would be worth telling people that there is no need to get taxis to the cruise terminal if they are staying central as it is only a 10min walk or less from both the Fairmont and the Pinnacle. Also we used the Canada line sky train to get to the airport (cheap and again by the cruise terminal)

  Apart from having the phone call disconnected just as I was about to speak to a member. I did however receive a prompt phone call back. Excellent service from Craig and very quick to provide a discount when I informed him that I had received a better quote for the cruise element of the package trip. Very professional and courteous.

  So far so good. Craig was brilliant at helping me plan my trip to Canada and the Alaskan Cruise. He gave helpful advice to make the trip as good as could be.
  Nothing was too much trouble.

  I booked my flights and rv hire with Craig mcallister after multiple emails with me asking a million and one stupid questions. He was very helpful with the information provided and made it easy to organise what size RV me and my friend needed with also sorting the pick up and drop of in separate locations to suit our timescale and route.

  When I rang and spoke to Craig about a holiday of a lifetime I wanted to book for next year, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the place I wanted to visit as he has been there first hand which filled me with confidence as it’s going to cost a lot of money !   With a friend I was planning a trip to Canada and approached a number of Canada Travel Specialists but found Craig at Canada Travel the most helpful. Craig was always very quick to respond to any queries, came back with suggestions and add-ons to our personal itinerary, sourced excellent hotels at excellent rates and his personal knowledge of Canada was very helpful in identifying excursions and experiences that would suit us.
