This exciting full-day tour, which includes a picnic lunch and hotel transfers, takes you to the beautiful Doi Inthanon National Park, home to the largest peak in Thailand nicknamed ‘The Roof of Siam’. You’ll also stop at the Wat Phrathad Chom Thong, visit the Wachiratham Waterfall, take a trek along Michael’sTrail and much more!
After being collected from your hotel, you’ll leave the city behind and head to Doi Inthanon National Park.
The park is a haven for wildlife, especially bird lovers, with over 380 species of bird having been sighted here.
It is also home to the largest peak in Thailand, Doi Inthanon, for which the park was named.
During the tour, you’ll take a short trek along Michael’s Trail, visit the Wat Phrathad Chom Thong to see its ancient treasures, see the twin chedi built to honour the King and Queen, spend time at beautiful Wachiratham Waterfalls and see the shrine of the former prince of Chiang Mai - Chao Inthawitchayanon!
Lunch is served picnic style and at the end of the tour, you’ll be returned safely to your Chiang Mai hotel.
