I have 25 years experience in the travel industry which all began when I was a holiday rep on Lake Garda in the summer and Italian ski resorts in the winter for 4 years.  I also spent 8 months working on one of the original Thomson ships, the Emerald, sailing the Caribbean, Transatlantic and Mediterranean.

Before this, I travelled around the south of Italy selling lithographs, visiting Sicily, Calabria, Basilicata and Puglia.

Following my amazing 5 years in Italy, I spent the year backpacking around China, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, USA and Canada.  The majority of my time was spent in Australia where I pretty much travelled the perimeter of the country as well as visiting Tasmania, Alice Springs and Uluru.

I've been lucky enough to visit some amazing places on holidays and educational trips during my years in travel, including a Kenyan beach and safari trip, Thailand twin centre to Bangkok and Phuket, Luxor, Orlando, Lapland, Morocco, Greek Islands, Italy, Croatia and many more European holiday destinations.

I also love city breaks and have recently spent New Year in one of my bucket list destinations, Reykjavik.  I've also recently been to Krakow for the Christmas markets, Dublin, Palma, Cork, Barcelona, Verona, Venice and Belfast.

Although I worked on a cruise ship I had never actually had a holiday on one until last summer when I visited the stunning Norwegian Fjords on P&O's Iona.
