  I booked through Barrhead Travel, Halifax. The reason I purchased was down to the interaction with the Travel Consultant, Hannah. The approach was extremely customer centric, where we both agreed on the best Holiday solution for 2022.

  Hannah has assisted with organising a trip to Portugal for 17 of us. She has taken all the hassle out of finding a hotel that would accept such a big group and also managed to find us a massive saving on the flights.

  Recently booked an overnight stay & Chatsworth/ Manchester market,s in December.Barrhead Travel,s Hannah Dupuy was my contact, Hannah explained everything clearly,consisely, & answered any questions I had relating to my stay. Hannah said a time she would call back to confirm booking which she did! ( Some don't) In my opinion Hannah represents "THE" standard in customer service and satisfaction & I would willingly recommend anyone to book through Barrhead travel.

  We decided to book a cruise for 2022 and contacted a few companies for quotes, but Hannah at Barrhead Travel, Halifax stood out right away due to her knowledge, patience and ability to understand what our requirements were - which is where the other companies fell flat on their faces. She also got us a fantastic price. We feel very reassured booking with Hannah.

  I would just like to thank Barrhead Travel in Halifax, a new travel agent in the town centre. Hannah and her team went above and beyond 2 help find my special holiday for a special birthday.
  This travel agent should've opened up before the pandemic, so its been 2 years + in the making and what a lovely, welcome, comfortable shop it is too.
  I would recommend to anybody who's thinking of booking a holiday 2 give Barrhead Travel a try, great service guys, thank you

  I have recently booked a family skiing holiday to France for next year. To say I was a difficult and demanding customer is a huge understatement. Barrhead Travel (Halifax) store manager Hannah patiently took everything in her stride and after a few days of me deliberating, changing my mind, more deliberating, and further changing my mind, we finally booked the most amazing all inclusive package!
  
  I can't recommend Hannah and her team enough. Their friendly approach and top notch customer service was absolutely fantastic!

  We are a couple in our mid 70’s and Hannah’s help was just what we were looking for in organising our Paris city break and 14 day River Cruise.   Absolutely first class service from Hannah in the halifax branch, she did everything we asked for and booked us a holiday today to Greece and could not do enough for us. Everything has been covered from airport parking to in-flight meals and so stress free.Thank you Hannah we will definitely be back for any future holiday bookings and will be recommending you to our friends and family after a stressfull two years Hannah has gone over and beyond to book us a well needed family holiday

  Don't usually use travel agents try to be has independent as possible but being the first time I had considered going on a cruise decided to go into the Halifax branch so glad I did spoke to hannah and her colleagues they gave me lots of information and options really knowledgeable about this subject hence booked a carabean cruise with them very professional outfit highly recommend

• GOOD OLD FASHIONED TRAVEL AGENTS

  We called into the Halifax store to enquire about a particular hotel/holiday and came away having booked for June 2023!
  The ladies are well known to us as previous Thomas Cook store (Halifax) employees. We received good old-fashioned service from knowledgeable and professional staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we got the best and most suitable deal appropriate to our own requirements, in fact going so far as to provide a tailor-made holiday/flight/transfer combination!
  What was noticeable was that the store was aesthetically pleasing, such a refreshing change from other Travel Agents we have visited in the area. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, in fact we
  left the branch feeling as though we had met up with old friends. Superb! Special mention must go to Hannah Dupuy, Store Manager, who made us feel as though we were valued customers

  Called in to the Halifax branch to make enquiries and came out having booked a holiday to Lanzarote !!
  Plain and simply good old fashioned quality service, the staff and everything about them felt effortless, no pressure just a breath of fresh air, great!
  Hannah was very helpful and by the time we'd finished we had a tailor made vacation that contained everything and more of what we wanted, SUPERB!!

  Hannah and Felicity were very attentive, nothing was too much trouble even though we did ask for lots of checks because one of our party needed wheelchair assistance.
  Because of this we had a trouble free flight out to New Zealand. Well done!
