Dama de Noche - Oyster 82
Dama de Noche is a stunning Oyster 82 luxuriously appointed with teak planked soles and neutral soft furnishings including leather giving a light and airy and contemporary feel to the interior spaces.
The Oyster 82 offers versatile and surprisingly spacious living areas comparable to a much larger design. The upper salon is window height providing great views with a large table for inside dining. The lower salon is a great spot for the library or watching a movie.
Dama de Noche can accommodate six guests in three cabins each with an ensuite head with shower. The main cabin has a centerline double berth with a private access to the aft deck. The Starboard cabin has a double berth and the Port cabin two side by side twin beds.
The yacht features full hydraulic sail handling with in-mast furling. The guest cockpit has a clear central walkway aft, giving access to the helm positions and side decks. There are two large cockpit tables ideal for exterior dining.

Dama de Noche Crew - Paul Bennett, Noemie Rose & Alize Bre
Captain Paul Bennet, a lifelong sailor and a marine industry professional for the last 26 years, has worked as a Yachtmaster instructor and in customer support and project management in addition to extensive skippering on both sides of the Atlantic. Holder of a commercial YM Ocean power/sail, Dama de Noche is his fourth Oyster command and second Oyster 82. Paul also lived on his own boat, sailing from the Caribbean to Europe with his family, including two young children and the family dog! With a calm approach, high standards and a wealth of experience he always aims to provide a relaxed and enjoyable time on board.
Chef Noemie Rose is a talented and inspired chef who graduated from the ‘University of Cookery’ in Cannes la Bocca (South of France). She takes pleasure in creating delicious and beautifully presented dishes using fresh local ingredients and tailoring her menus to cater for all preferences, diets and allergies. Noemie is a true food enthusiast and perfectionist. In addition to sailing for over 5 years, cruising around the Caribbean, Spain, France and England she has also trained and worked in several fine restaurants. Noemie looks forward to delighting Dama de Noche’s guests with her culinary skills.
Mate/Stewardess Alizé Bre has always been filled with enthusiasm for the sea and its marine life. As a child, she sailed with her family in the Mediterranean, the Atlantic and the Pacific. Following university Alizé decided to pursue a career at sea and after working on yachts for a few years she moved to the Cayman Islands to become a diving instructor and dive boat captain. She has since returned to the yachting industry and gained her Yachtmaster Offshore qualification. Alizé is happy to be part of the crew of Dama de Noche and to have the opportunity to welcome guests onboard and share with them her passion for the sea.
