And if you’re searching for that perfect Empire State Building souvenir, you’ll find something memorable at the Gift Shop, located on the 80th Floor.
Visitors with tickets purchased online will go with their voucher directly to the ticket window and then through the security check. The Observatory is wheelchair accessible.
A Multimedia Tour Guide App of the Empire State Building can be downloaded for free from the App Store and Google play. It serves as your own personal tour guide, taking you all the way from the ground floor to the 360° open-air views of the Observation Deck. You can now enjoy one-of-a-kind mini-shows in the elevators on the ascent and descent to the Observatory. The ascent show takes you back in time to the construction of the Empire State Building, spotlighting workers, machinery and materials. On the descent you will see different features of the art deco masterpiece lobby with the features floating in to form the iconic mural that adorns the Fifth Avenue entrance.
