Otherwise known as the ‘greatest outdoor show on Earth’, the 10-day festival celebrates wild western culture, heritage and community spirit. Catch the evening show every night which includes the TransAlta Grandstand Show – a mix of comedy, song and dance as well as acrobatics and an amazing fireworks show.

Visit the Glenbow Museum
With plenty of artworks and local history on display, this is the perfect place to soak up some culture in Calgary. Not only are the artworks snap-worthy, but the building is also pretty cool too.

Calgary Tower
The Calgary Tower is a 190.8-meter freestanding observation tower in Downtown Calgary. If you make the trip up to the top you’ll find a revolving restaurant that gives you amazing views of the city.

Shop 17th Ave and the Entertainment District
