Itinerary

On arrival into St. John’s International Airport, make your way independently to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours to explore at leisure. Wander into the charming downtown to Water and Duckworth Street. Why not stop at one of the local pubs for dinner along the way?

Today explore some of the sights that St. John’s has to offer. Take in views of the city and beyond from the famous Signal Hill and Cabot Tower, including the Queen's Battery and Barracks. Walk down the North Head Trail and back into the city. We suggest you stop for dinner at one of the great restaurants on Water Street.

Why not embark on the adventure of a lifetime today with some whale-watching? Get up close to one of nature’s most majestic creatures on the water. Later, enjoy dinner at a pub before exploring the pubs on George Street. If you have fallen in love with this maritime city, be sure to get screeched in at Christians to become an honorary Newfoundlander.

Rise at leisure this morning and enjoy a late start. Take a half day tour of St. John's with McCarthy's Party to learn more about the fascinating history of the charming streets.

Today you could rent a car – this can be included in your fare - and tour the Avalon Peninsula. Make sure you stop Cape Spear, the most easterly point of N.A, and gaze in wonder at the ocean folding out in front of you.

Explore more of the history of St. John’s at your leisure today, perhaps visiting The Rooms Museum and Quidi Vidi village and battery. Stay in charming Quidi Vidi for a delicious lunch at Mallards Cottage and later tour the Brewery and Regatta Museum.

Unwind in the most relaxing way possible before the end of this incredible trip. Try one of St. John’s world-class spas before heading back to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
