Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex

Kennedy Space Center is simply a MUST-SEE attraction, easily one of the best in Florida. Whether touring the rocket-launch areas or the world’s busiest space-launch facility, reliving Neil Armstrong’s 1st steps on the moon or even meeting an astronaut first hand, you are bound to be enthralled. The Shuttle Launch Experience - is a major attraction that will take you on the ride of your life!

Kennedy Space Center General Admission

General Admission includes all attractions within the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.  Explore the many exhibits, shows and attractions at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex including Space Shuttle Atlantis, Shuttle Launch Experience, Rocket Garden and IMAX® Space films. IMAX movies include A Beautiful Planet, and Journey to Space 3D. Guests can also experience the exhibit Exploration Space®: Explorers Wanted which includes a live interactive theatre presentation.

Behind the Scenes

Admission includes the unique opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse of Kennedy Space Center on a KSC Bus tour. Guests venture to the Apollo/Saturn V Centre which features a fully restored massive Saturn V rocket, one of only three in the world. Guests walk back in time to relieve Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon and experience the thunderous rumble of a Saturn V rocket lift-off. The tour bus departs every 15 minutes from the Visitor Complex.

Please note: Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral are working space launch facilities. Tours may be altered or closed due to operational requirements.

Lunch with an Astronaut

The Lunch With An Astronaut Experience is a once-in-a-lifetime thrill of dining with an actual astronaut and hear inspiring space exploration stories while enjoying a delicious lunch. Guests have the opportunity to ask questions and have their photo taken with the astronaut. This experience lasts approximately one hour and adds a very "exclusive" feel to a day at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.

Kennedy Space Centre Up-Close Tour

The KSC Up-Close Tour (Approximately 2.5 - 3 hours) offers multiple daily departures. The KSC Up-Close Tours include photo opportunities of the giant structures that make up the world's largest launch facility. Get an up-close look at the coastal launch pads that unleashed the power to put people on the moon and send space shuttles to the International Space Station.

You will also have the chance to catch a glimpse of the Vehicle Assembly Building where monstrous vehicles were assembled for launch, from the very first Saturn V rocket in the late 1960s to the very last space shuttle, STS-135 Atlantis, among other areas specific to the history of the space program. The tour culminates at the Apollo/Saturn V Center, home of the largest rocket ever built – a 363-foot long moon rocket.

Space Shuttle Atlantis: The start of a new era is about to begin.

Space Shuttle Atlantis, a magnificent ship which has traveled to space and back an astounding 33 times, will be displayed in all her glory with a new mission – to inspire a new generation of space explorers who will take us to even greater heights.

Suit Up and Fly With An Astronaut…

Fly with your astronaut guide, enjoy a small group tour of Kennedy Space Center, including a drive past the Vehicle Assembly Building and a photo opportunity at the LC-39 Observation Gantry, as well as a guided tour of the Apollo/Saturn V Center. Savor a catered buffet lunch on the second level of the Apollo/Saturn V Center overlooking Banana Creek and nearby launch pads. As a special souvenir, you’ll receive an autographed photo of yourself with your new astronaut friend and a retail gift to take home.
