With its privileged position looking out onto the Mediterranean Sea it is little wonder that the city has grown so rapidly over the last 20 years. Boasting a comfortable climate and light sea breezes, Benalmadena is a very popular tourist destination.

Benalmadena is home to Tivoli World Park, the largest theme park on the Costa, Bil-Bil Castle and Puerto Marina. What better way to plan your stay and discover all the things to do and see than from the top of an open-top double-decker bus? With its 360 degree panoramic views and a tour which highlights all the main attractions, you can hop on and off at your leisure at the 12 conveniently located stops around the city.

Hop off at Tivoli-Teleferico and take a cable car to Mount Carramolo from the entrance of Tivoli World. You might prefer to keep your feet on the ground and soak up the sun on the beautiful Malapesquera Beach. Hop off at The Parque De La Paloma, an oasis in the bustling, lively town. It is a fabulous park, with lots of things to do and see. Younger visitors will be entertained in the play areas on offer and be amazed by the variety of animals and birds wandering freely around. The park also boasts numerous idyllic picnic spots around the lake, many ponds and meandering pathways. Visit Bil-Bil Castle, a Neo-Arab style building that was built on behalf of Leon and Fernanda Hermann and finished in 1934. The castle is home to leafy gardens with fountains and a stunning view of the beaches. It is now used as a cultural centre with art exhibitions, conferences and concerts.

Visitors who appreciate art may enjoy a trip to the Centro de Exposiciones which offers the opportunity to view many pieces in this magnificent space. Hop off at Playa Arroyo De La Miel, which means “stream of honey” and used to be the main source of income. It is now the primary commercial area and is bursting with small shops, restaurants and cabaret bars. Visit Puerto Marina which is home to a Sea Life Aquarium and an array of delightful boutiques and restaurants. It is also a beautiful region to wander around during warm evenings and enjoy a drink in one of the numerous bars with a stunning view of the marina's many boats and vessels.

Relax and enjoy the stunning scenery of the Andalusian countryside on this full-day coach tour which takes you from the Costa del Sol to the picturesque town of Ronda where you’ll see the Ronda gorge and bridge, visit churches, a famous bullring and museum, enjoy wine tasting at a local bodega and much more!

As you relax in air-conditioned comfort, you’ll have time to appreciate the natural beauty of the Andalusian countryside during the journey from the Costa del Sol to Ronda.

Upon arrival, you will enjoy a sightseeing guided tour of its main attractions including Puerta de Almocabar (Almocabar Gate), Iglesia del Espiritu Santo (Church of the Holy Spirit), Town Hall Square, and Iglesia de Santa Maria la Mayor (Church of Santa Maria la Mayor).

We will continue with a full visit of the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza, one of the oldest bullrings in Spain and also the site of some of the most important events in bullfighting history. You’ll also visit the attached museum to learn about the traditions behind bullfighting and to see memorabilia including photographs with famous fans including Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway.

Moving on, enjoy a guided tour of the Bodegas La Sangre de Ronda wine cellar where you can learn more about Spanish wines and possibly indulge in a sample or two!

Finally, before returning to the Costa del Sol, you’ll have free time to explore Ronda at your own pace and leisure. You could try some traditional Andalusian tapas at a local restaurant or simply relax over a coffee and watch the locals as they go about their working day. On our way back, we will make a short stop of about 45 minutes at Marbella's city centre for you to go for a walk and take some pictures.
