Two great trips

I booked 2 trips almost back to back with Lisa and both of these were very well tailored to our situation.
Lisa was very accommodating and knowledgeable about both destinations and offered advice on getting there, getting around and what to do.
This was also our first time travelling with a wheelchair requirement too which Lisa talked us through the usual situations when getting to airport/check-in etc so when it came time to travel our minds were at ease.
Booking process was also seamless and Lisa kept us fully up to date with what was needed and the timeline of events for collecting tickets, getting currency etc as well.I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Lisa has been fantastic booking my many holidays to Australia. The outstanding features she has include attention to detail, remembering my requirements each time without having to be prompted.
I thought I had lost her when the previous shop closed so I decided to go around travel agents to ask if she happened to have a job there! I found her in the second shop I visited! A bit of a long shot, but one that worked!I would recommend this agent to my family and friends
