I have been in the travel industry for over 34 years and have been very lucky to visit many wonderful places around the world. I have been to many countries in Europe on either beach or city holidays including Turkey, 6 times on family holidays, Greece, Spain, France, Iceland, Cyprus, Malta and Portugal.
I have been to Canada twice and absolutely love the country, I have travelled across Canada and stayed in Toronto, Calgary, Banff and Vancouver and cruised out of Vancouver as well, the country has so much to offer, the scenery is spectacular and the people are so welcoming.
I have been to America a number of times visiting New York 3 times, Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Las Vegas and Los Angeles. I have also been to South Africa, Dubai and Egypt, Singapore and Thailand, and I have cruised around Europe and the Caribbean.
Having been to so many amazing places, it is really hard to pick a favourite, however, I have to say I love New York. I have been 3 times, and it is ideal for friends and families.
It really is an action-packed holiday with so many things to see and do. My top tip is to buy a hop on hop off bus pass so you can get around easily to see all the sights around New York including Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and Central Park. If you are going in the summer, hiring bikes in Central Park is a must, a great way to get around the park. There are lots of choices for eating out for all budgets, and I would recommend fitting in a show on Broadway as well, you will not be disappointed.
Working in travel is a dream job, and I love talking to customers about where they have been or helping them plan their next dream holiday..

Visited the Warrington Branch and gave Simon a broad outline of a Canadian tour we wanted to book. We left our request with him and a couple of days later he had found a couple of options for us to consider. We wanted to go ahead with one of the options but had questions and points that needed clarifying. Simon kept going back to the tour operator on our behalf and kept us updated throughout by both email and telephone until we got the tour that we wanted.
Cannot thank Simon enough for all his help in creating the holiday that we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and we would have no hesitation in going back to the Warrington branch with future holiday requests.I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

Simon then Jo provided swift and to the point information on Sunday, then followed it up with the travel company on Monday. Shortly after we were booked for an 8 day guided trip to French Canada and the Niagara Falls. Very courteous and efficient professionals. Thumbs up. Xx
