• Brilliant Trip

  Robbie was really helpful while we planned our trip. He gave us some great options and was patient while we finally decided what we wanted to do. As we had three destinations there were a lot of logistics for him to arrange and everything was spot on. We will definitely be contacting him when we are looking to arrange our next one!

  I have booked many holidays with several travel agents over the years but nothing can compare to the service I received at Barrhead travel with Robbie, he is an amazing sales person and knows exactly how to make you want to book a holiday and his knowledge and passion is incredible. He searched to make sure we found the right holiday which not only I thought met my needs but he did too. Can I say Barrhead travel are a lucky company to have someone like Robbie.

  Booked 3 holidays with Robbie and let him recommend them all and I can honestly say it’s been the best 3 holidays I’ve had, a different destination each time but still the same 5 star holiday. Robbie is so pleasant to deal with and honestly the most hardworking travel agent I know. Robbie finds the best deals in the industry and always keeps in touch the whole time from booking the holiday , to holiday tickets , to asking how we got on. The man really is incredible.

  Robbie is a fantastic Travel Agent this was our first time booking with him and we only have good things to say!! I am very picky when it comes to choosing, destinations and hotels , for exa it must, be close the beach with great facilities and activities for kids , nice food and an overall great rating with previous guests. I want all if this within in my budget too. Robbie took the time to work through all my requests and found us a fabulous hotel with everything that I have asked for. I feel he went over above with checking everything for us down to making sure the flight time suit us as we are travelling with two young kids. I will definitely be booking with Robbie again.

  Excellent service from start to finish from booking our holiday until departure date! I booked our holiday over the telephone and then received all documents via post. I had regular emails and phone calls for weeks from Robbie trying to find us the best deals and had excellent communication from him throughout. He appreciated it was difficult to contact me as the holiday was booked as a surprise. Excellent communication after office hours on departure, our flight was delayed, we were stuck in the airport and worried we would loose our entire holiday but Robbie reassured us and helped to contact our airline for us.. I would definitely book another holiday again as he was the best travel agent!

  The best in the west! Nothing a problem to Robbie...he is such a fab guy..amazing at his job..always goes above and beyond with a smile and positive manner. He dealt with the 'thomas cook' collapse amazingly and had us another dream holiday sorted before we knew it. No stress for us at all. We even recommend and spoke so highly of Robbie that our friends in Newcastle now book their holidays through Robbie!! Top marks all the way and we have so much faith in Robbie...a super trooper!!

  Robbie comes across as a very polite, honest reliable young man and has proven several times to get the exact tailored holiday we want.
  
  He has the ability to listen to what the customer wants and not try to sell you what is already there or easiest for himself.
  
  First came across him when booking a holiday to the canaries and because of the interaction and professionalism I then return for additional holidays and will continue to do so.
  
  We recently booked a USA trip which was a good deal but owing to Robbie knowing our preferences he managed to improve the offer and thus secure us an even better holiday.
  
  This is the level of understanding you gain when the agent tailors the holiday to suit your needs and just accept something because it’s easy.
  For this reason I will book through Robbie all the time and will also recommend family and friends to do the same as it’s very easy to see something online in the modern age but the personal touch that makes the difference.
