  We booked through Barrhead Travel at the Fort Kinnaird branch over any other company as from the get go they were extremely efficient with getting back to me quoting offers etc. We popped in to the branch on the off chance someone could see us although as it’s super busy at the moment we weren’t able to see someone in branch and was told to contact the Facebook page instead, in which we did and we got a instant reply from Nicole who was absolutely lovely and helped us through our entire booking experience, we set up a meeting in store with no idea where we wanted to go as we have a 5 month old and this will be our first family holiday come 2022, Nicole took all our requests in to consideration and ended up finding us the perfect holiday with an amazing price and we cannot wait to go 10/10 - I can't recommend Nicole and Barrhead Travel enough!!

  Nicole our sales rep was very friendly, helpful and listened to what kind of holiday I was after and gave me a very good price, she also offered advice if we needed it for different aspects of holiday..?? Can't wait to take my grand-daughter on her very first Disney Cruise!

  Nicole at Barrhead Fort Kinnaird kindly managed to get us a balance extension, which then lead to our cruise being cancelled. It meant we then got to keep our deposit plus a 10% incentive to book again, we duly did that and have rebooked a Canaries cruise for Nov21, we cant thank all the staff enough especially Nicole for this or we would have lost our deposit if we cancelled.   My partner and I went to the Fort Kinnaird branch to get some info to book our honeymoon. We wanted to go somewhere luxurious but also within our budget. Nicole was absolutely amazing. She was really patient with us and explored every option that we had suggested. The rest of the staff in the branch also helped us with our decision as they all had experience with Sandals resorts and had been to many places in the Caribbean. Nicole also suggested that we could split our honeymoon by going to 2 destinations! Over and above all that, Nicole had emailed us our quotes as well as continued to provide more information and additional quotes/links via email. We are very grateful for all the help and now have a beautiful luxurious honeymoon booked in Antigua and Barbados! Nicole is an absolute star and recommend visiting her for all your holiday bookings!

  We usually use the larger travel agents such as TUI/Thomsons but decided to try Barrhead Travel for a special Golden Wedding treat with our grandchildren to Disneyland Paris. Nicole at Fort Kinnaird was so helpful with advice on travel, accommodation and theme park tickets as she had previously been to the resort. Unfortunately, everything had to be cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic and, although it took some considerable time, she managed to get us a full refund from Disney and Eurostar. I know that this would not have been easy as both companies are very reluctant to refund actual cash. When things return to normal we will definitely be going back to Nicole at Barrhead Travel!

  I will always book my holidays with Nicole. She always goes the extra mile on any holiday enquiry we have and never fails to find the best price. Our fav by far was Dubai and Bali in 2019. All the information Nicole gave us was spot on, she even gave us nice bars and restaurants to go and recommended the Dubai Pass which we got from her to which was well worth it!!   Any time we have been in to see Nicole about a holiday she has been nothing short of first class. Our first trip to New York is something that’ll live with us forever and Nicole took time to sort out complimentary champagne etc after finding out we got engaged. Not many people have that much care and consideration for their customers so we always recommend people go see Nicole when looking at holidays.
