  Just want to thank Adla so much for all her hard work in organising our trip - both originally when first planned for 2020 and sticking with us throughout the 2 year pandemic-delay with all the re-booking and travel insurance refunds she had to do... and for honouring the prices originally agreed. Her choices of hotels and tour companies were faultless and every pick up and transfer sorted. We are so glad we chose Canada Travel Specialist to organise our trip as they certainly ARE specialists! It has been truly amazing and so much more than we could ever have imagined!! We travelled from The Rockies with brown bears, elk and bald eagles to Vancouver on the Rocky Mountaineer and then on to Victoria for humpback whales, seals and sea otters. Those amazing mountains, lakes, waterfalls and glaciers took our breath away, with additions like a sunset cruise, rafts, canoes and seaplane! Was it worth waiting for? You bet!!!

• Fantastic Itinerary

  Adla Toal has just put a fantastic itinerary together for four of us in Canada, including a number of locations and tours, Rocky Mountaineer and a motorhome trip. We were really impressed by her good understanding of what we want and by the speed of her response. We gave the same brief to 3 companies. One, we’ve yet to hear back from, another responded right on our deadline but Adla responded pretty much immediately and with options for us. We reviewed and confirmed the options and asked her to add something else in and we had a complete itinerary which met our needs. In terms of value for money, we feel we have a good deal. Price was almost identical to her remaining competitor but we’ve got so much more included. All we need now is for Covid to go away and the trip to match Adla’s service! Well done Adla!

• Bucket List

  This "bucket list" Rocky Mountaineer and Alaska cruise is our first booking with Adla and Canada Travel Specialists. We contacted a couple of others travel companies for their suggested itineraries......but what made the difference was Adla's knowledge, enthusiasm and attention to detail as well as a perseverance to see the booking completed to our satisfaction. Well done Adla and I hope we can avail of your travel knowledge and skills in the not too distant future.

• Was just the best ever!!!

  Just returned from a holiday This was just the best ever and I can't sing the praises of your company highly enough.
  It would be difficult to pick out the highlights of this tour - the Rocky Mountaineer is a unique experience, as is the Lakes and Waterfalls tour in Banff. Grouse Mountain in Vancouver is also terrific,
  especially the ski-lift to the top! Seaplane ride in Victoria is also great.
  When we first approached Adla to give us some advice on our holiday in British Columbia we really didn't have a clue where to start! I feel that we were really lucky that it was Adla who put our holiday together: she was incredibly enthusiastic and pro-active in her suggestions of where to stay and what to do, arranging some very good hotels and great excursions.
  We hit on your company quite by accident via Google, but feel that we've found a travel company that is really superb and which we will come back to. We would have no hesitation in recommending you. Well done, especially Adla!

  Brilliant, personal service. We booked a self drive tour of the Rockies and Vancouver Island for our honeymoon and had the most fantastic time. All the hotels exceeded expectations and the activities they suggested were all great additions which we might not otherwise have done. Would definitely book with them again.

  Friendly and very helpful service from Adla. Nothing was too much for her and my holiday went very smoothly. Even though the package to Churchill, Manitoba was with Just You, I wanted to stay on in Toronto longer than the time stated and also not to stay in a hotel (my son and his family live there) Adla arranged all the details for me including a direct flight back to Glasgow instead of via Heathrow as it should have been. I had a wonderful time both in Churchill (I did see several polar bears) and in Toronto with my family.
  My previous dealings with Barrhead Travel (Ayr) in 2014 were not satisfactory so I was delighted that Adla was so pleasant and helpful.

  We just wanted to let you know that we had an awesome holiday in Canada. The itinerary and accommodation exceeded our expectations and we cannot thank Adla Toal enough for the work she did to make our holiday the most fantastic experience and left us with a lifetime of memories for hubby's 60th birthday. We were a little anxious with so many transfers and trips that something would go wrong but it didn't .. thanks to Adla and her exemplary planning on our behalf. Every aspect of the itinerary was exceptional and we enjoyed ourselves to the maximum. Once again a massive thank you Adla and you can rest assured that we will be booking with you again in the near future to visit Canada again.”

Although I wasnt sure what itinerary would suit our needs she was able to provide various options and suggestions to meet all our requirements particularly the Calgary stampede and the Rocky Mountaineer. The arrangements she secured were second to none and we cannot recommend her service highly enough.

  The Canada trip for my parents went fantastically - they had a brilliant time! I have to say, a large part of this was due to your organisation and how everything was laid out for them, making everything clear and easy for them.
  They had a wide range of weather, from crisp clear days in Banff, walking on a frozen Lake Louise, a foot of snow in a day in Jasper, to beautiful warm sunny days in Vancouver. They loved the Rocky Mountaineer Train, with all the luxury that came with that. And they were super excited to have seen a bear and her cubs two days running in Whistler!
  I can't thank you enough for all that you did with planning this trip - fantastic job.

  Thank you so much Adla for soughting out my Rocky Mountaineer adventure with Canada specialists. I chose to take a late April trip to Vancouver. Had 3 nights there in a great city centre hotel(Sandman). Followed by 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer to Jasper. 2 nights there and on to Banff for 2 nights. With most of the transfers included. Adla the Canada specialists rep organised it all. The weather was good for that time of year. Sunny in Vancouver with snow and ice in Banff. Would do it all again and organised through Canada travel specialists. Thanks again.

  Hi Adla, now back in home in Spain after a most enjoyable and memorable trip. I thought I'd write to say thank you personally and your company for the excellent arrangements. The cruise to Alaska onboard the Celebrity Eclipse was so enjoyable. We were so glad we took your recommendation to take a Aqua class stateroom with the classic drinks package and exclusive use of the Blu restaurant. It made the whole experience really special, can't praise all the staff enough. Service was universally first class.

  We wanted to visit Alaska & part of Canada but could not find a agent to advise us on an itinerary. fortunately friends of ours, who had recently completed a similar trip to the one we were contemplating, recommended we contact Adla at Canada Travel Specialists. Adla proposed an itinerary which became the a 20-night trip of a lifetime for us. We live in Cape Town, so barring three of four phone calls the whole trip, which included a land tour in Alaska, a cruise down the Inner Passage, and a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer in Canada, was assembled via email. Adla was always quick to respond to the plethora of emails we sent her and no question was left unanswered. We found her recommendations helpful and worthwhile, particularly when it came to the choice of excursions. Arrangements made prior to the trip worked out perfectly. In short, we were very pleased indeed with everything Adla recommended and arranged for us, and so we can unreservedly recommend her and her company.

  We had the holiday of a lifetime in Alaska and Canada. Though we had a wishlist of things we wanted to see and do, Adla did a marvellous job of sorting the bookings for our big group of 16.
  Everything went smoothly, flights to Vancouver from Gatwick , Celebrity cruise to Alaska, the Rocky Mountaineer to Jasper , travel to Banff and Calgary and finally our stay in Toronto. The inclusive tours and excursions were great ! The hotels were in good locations at every place- though the inclusive breakfast at Rosedale on Robson at Vancouver wasn't the greatest. Chelsea hotel in
  Toronto seem quite modern from the outside and the lobby but the rooms were quite dated. That apart, couldn't find fault in any arrangements. Adla was great in clarifying all our queries and we would thoroughly recommend her to anyone wishing to visit Alaska or Canada.

  Fantastic in booking my holiday. Adla helped me no end. The arrangements were all made by her and we were not disappointed at all. The Celebrity Cruise to Alaska was very interesting and views fabulous. Also the food on board was excellent. The Rocky Mountaineer was great and the Gold Service is a must. Excellent trips in Vancouver and Banff.
  I would certainly recommend anyone booking this type of holiday to go to your agency and (although I am sure you have other good reps) ask for Adla. She certainly knew what she was advising. Thankyou once again

  Adla organised a phenomenal trip for us. She listened to everything we wanted to do and incorporated it perfectly. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went, everyone was where they said they would be and had our name down and looked after us. Canada is beautiful and it really was the trip of a lifetime. You must do the Rocky Mountaineer (Silver is great, no need to splash out on gold), it’s truly the most fabulous thing to do. I will definitely use these guys again as I don’t remember the last time something went so seamlessly, I’m so grateful to them. It can be stressful travelling but Adla made sure it wasn’t. 10 out of 10!

  With the help of Adla arranging our itinerary, we enjoyed a marvellous trip to Canada in September 2019. Three nights in Vancouver at the Rose on Robson Hotel. Plenty of time and easy city to get around and see all the recommended places. A weeks Alaskan Cruise on the Coral Princess - highlight being Glacier Bay. Followed by two nights at Chateau Victoria Hotel on Vancouver Island. Here we did a Whale Watching trip and visited Butchart gardens. Both hotels were in good locations. All transfers/connections were easy and stress free. Would recommend Canada Travel and especially Adla - great service.
