  I just wanted to write and thank you for arranging the most amazing holiday to Canada for us. It truly was the best holiday we've ever been on. Of all the airports we flew from Calgary was by far the best.
  
  The cruise was great and so were the excursions. We were lucky to see the orcas which was the one thing my husband wanted to see.
  
  Rocky Mountaineer was fantastic, Banff and our trip to The Columbia Icefield was another great experience and The Calgary Stampede was fantastic. Calgary was our favourite Toronto certainly has changed after 47 years Our trip to Niagara Falls was great and the Hornblower was a wet experience.
  
  I would say that on the day of check-in for the cruise you can check your luggage earlier than your check-in time, which would have been good to know. We weren't the only ones who didn't know that though.
  
  Thanks again for arranging this amazing holiday of a lifetime and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to our friends and families.

  Just back from our Canada/Alaska trip - third time lucky as our original booking in 2020 fell victim to COVID as did the rearranged 2021 trip. Definitely worth the wait. A wonderful experience. Thanks to Anne Marie Kirke who took over the booking and worked tirelessly to ensure that we got the trip we wanted. She kept us informed at every step and was always available to answer questions and offer advice. She made our experience with Barrhead Travel a positive one.

• All went like clockwork!

  Anne Marie Kirke, what a girl. Our trip starting the 14th May was a bucket list holiday with a trip on the Rocky Mountaineer then cruising up the inside passage to Ketchikan, Juneau and Skagway. Anne set it up flight to Calgary, bus to Banff then onto Columbia Ice Fields to Jasper. All went like clockwork great hotels and staff. The train was more than we expected. Hotel in Vancouver was first class then onto cruise ship, not the one we had booked but totally out-with Annes control.
  Dot and I would just like to end by saying thank you Anne Marie.

  When our Canada/Alaska holiday booked for 2020 fell victim to the pandemic Anne Marie Kirke took over our booking. Anne Marie was helpful, efficient, and reassuring. She put us in touch with Elisabeth Barrie Mitchell who worked tirelessly to reorganize our holiday for May 2021. Elizabeth kept us updated with the progress of our booking and dealt with all our questions and queries pleasantly and patiently. When the time came to pay the balance I phoned the number given and by happy chance the agent taking the call was Anne Marie. She talked us through our options and we decided to postpone our trip until 2022 (third time lucky??hopefully!).
  Anne Marie has worked hard reorganizing our trip for 2022. She and Elisabeth have truly restored our faith in Barrhead Travel.

• Making our special holiday a "Special One!"

  Our recent ski trip to Banff, and 2 days on the Rocky Mountaineer Train, and a few days in Seattle were all organised by Anne Marie at Barrhead travel. Her attention to detail was second to none, her professionalism was first class, always helpful and available at the end of the phone every time we called. Anne Maria put an itinerary together for us with all the flights, hotels, connections etc and everything went so smoothly. Thank you, Anne Marie, for making our special holiday a 'special one'. We have already recommended Barrhead Travel to our friends and family.
