Victoria has been our travel agent for over 8 years. In that time she has arranged a large number of trips for us ranging from short excursions, cruises to bespoke lengthy holidays involving complicated arrangements. All of these have worked extremely well. She has always shown considerable expertise , appreciating our needs in arranging these trips. Victoria is personable and highly efficient. During our last holiday, due to Corona Virus outbreak we required her to make a series of last minute changes to our travel plans which she did quickly and effectively.

The Best Cruise

From the first moment we met Victoria Dodd's has just gone above & beyond. Victoria was left to sort out a accommodation issue that was a bit fraught but it was handled very well and in the end our holiday was just great. This kept me coming back to Victoria year after year. She has never let me down. Even with our cruise from Singapore to Hong Kong I'd wanted days at the beginning & end of the trip. Victoria got great hotels & even got us a late check out on our last day as we were flying at night - I'd have never thought of that. She's a wonderful person & loves a challenge.
