  Went in to book a holiday to Tenerife and Linsey served me. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped to make the booking very easy. She was pleasant and polite but also honest and very approachable. We also booked a holiday to Florida with Linsey in her previous position and again she was very helpful and managed to book us a great holiday at a reasonable cost.

  Linsey is a true professional always going that extra mile to ensure we gotour dream holiday she always listened to our requirements and made sure she matched or in most cases exceeded our expectations. I have been to many fab hotels before booked by Linsey but this was outstanding she totally understood what we liked and found us the dream hotel.

  Linsey has been amazing organising our holidays over the years but especially our special Family trip to Florida. There’s nothing Linsey doesn’t know about this area, her knowledge and expertise made our trip a holiday of a lifetime. She is also so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. I wouldn’t book my holidays anywhere else.

  We have been booking our holidays with Linsey for some years now and we have found Linsey to be very knowledgeable and quickly understood our needs. Linsey has on a number of occasions helped us to put together an itinerary specifical for us. We have found Linsey to be very welcoming and friendly. We gave Linsey a real challenge when we looked to book a trip with our two teenage Grandsons and she came up with the most fantastic trip that included San Fransisco, Monteray, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and St Petersburg Florida with trips and outings in each destination that engaged and thrilled our Grandsons.

  Lindsey has been looking after my husband and I and our travel arrangements for a number of years . From the very first time we met, Linsey has gone above and beyond to make sure we have a great trip. Linsey always ask lots of questions to find out our wants and needs. We are then shown a selection of destinations and hotels she thinks we would like and she has never disappointed us. Last year we went to see Linsey to arrange a last minute spur of the moment trip but had no idea what we wanted but that we wanted to try someplace different Linsey suggested Egypt I was a bit unsure but because she has taken the time to get to know us and what we like and never given us a bad hotel I went with her suggestions and we had a fantastic time so much so we booked to go back to Egypt again. I may be a little old school but I do like to deal with a person who takes a real interest in their clients,likes to give great service and Linsey most certainly does that.
