  I cannot recommend Melissa enough. Throughout the entire process of booking she was fantastic and constantly kept me up to date with everything she was doing. The holiday we booked is for 10 passengers, travelling to Tokyo. From the very outset Melissa was patient, attentive and unbelievably meticulous - determined to ensure she got us the best possible deal on our holiday.
  We were comparing prices from a variety of different providers but none were able to come close to the service we received from Melissa, she was able to give us a price that not only matched the other providers but gave us better flight times and even an extra day! Even at the last minute when one of our friends decided she wanted to come along, Melissa was very accommodating and adjusted the price to include an extra passenger with no issues at all.
  
  I book a lot of holidays and I can honestly say that the service I received from Melissa on both
  occasions was nothing short of exceptional.

  Melissa has been great assisting me and my service user to book a holiday for 2022.
  We had many issues that made organising tricky.
  She was very kind and took our wishes on board. She kept me informed and she came up with alternatives for the holiday, which includes a cruise. Melissa must have plenty of patience and her assistance was excellent. She went above and beyond her duty when she complied a file for my service user - showing photos of the holiday and the cruise and giving her something to show family, friends and staff about her trip.

  Very helpful and very prompt in responding to and dealing with our holiday enquiry from start to finish. Melissa was extremely helpful and made the process completely stress free. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again.

• Booking Sailing Trip

  Booking Sailing Trip - Melissa handled it very well. The first trip which was the Maiden Voyage was cancelled with Trade Winds so then we have transferred to a West Coast Sailing which is fantastic as we would love to go sailing up the West Coast of Scotland. Melissa kept us informed at every turn which was fantastic. Would definitely recommend both her and the Company. Looking very much forward to the trip.

  Received a call from Melissa in the Doncaster branch, and what can I say - she is 'amazing'. Has sorted out our holiday which we feared wasn't going ahead what with 18days to go. I cannot praise her enough and she is an absolute credit to Barrhead. She was so friendly, understanding, and a pleasure to deal with.
