With 15 years in the business with 8 of them being a long-haul destination specialist, I have been lucky to travel to some of the most amazing places such as the Caribbean, the USA, and Canada.
These are few of the areas I specialise in. But I would say Tailor made Itineraries would be my main speciality, Making sure we cover every aspect of the customers travel plans.
My last big trip was Canada were I was lucky to travel on board the Rocky Mountaineer and experience a trip of a lifetime.

I always book my holidays through Sarah, and she came through with a perfect itinerary yet again.. I feel safer when I book through Sarah as she has everything covered, from transfers to day trips. she makes us feel very comfortable and spends time talking us through each aspect, choosing and paying and stays in contact until the holiday and checks in with us afterwards to ensure we had a great time. i cannot recommend her enough.. such an asset to the team

This is my 3rd time booking my summer holiday with Sarah Cook and I wouldn’t trust my holiday arrangements with anyone else. Sarah always gives great impartial and honest advice, replies to all my email queries and either phones me or returns all my calls. Sarah is always upbeat, happy & positive on our phone calls. Once in a lifetime Trip!!

Sarah was welcoming, friendly and helpful. She spent all of the morning taking us through the options and answering the many questions we had. She put together a detailed itinerary to suit our needs and searched to ensure were getting the best deal possible. Not being fans of cruising, her experience and help in sorting out that element of the holiday was invaluable. We left her to sort out some issues whilst we had lunch and by 2.30pm we had everything sorted out, all out questions answered and our trip booked. Thank you to Sarah and the other staff at Barrhead, Leicester for looking after us and helping us to sort out a trip we are really looking forward to experiencing. We would certainly recommend BarrheadTravel on the basis of our experience.

Sarah was amazing! She made us feel so comfortable with booking our holiday with her. Her knowledge of Disney world was amazing and she was able to answer any questions before we booked to help make our decision easier.
Sarah has always been on the end of the phone or email when needed and she is quick to respond with answers to my many many questions.
Sarah helped make the booking experience easier and more relaxed with the children being there and helped by getting them involved and answering their questions too.
I would definitely recommend Sarah and I am hoping to use Sarah again for future bookings.I would recommend this agent to my family and friends

We benefited from Sarah ‘s obvious experience in the cruise industry with her working through countless options to get one that suited us. Sarah seemed to genuinely enjoy trying to find us the ideal cruise to meet the criteria we gave her.
