Isis
Dine under stars that twinkle indoors and experience a wondrous
gourmet journey at Isis, located on the Mezzanine Level overlooking
the Luxor casino. A recent recipient of the Millennium 2000
International Award of Excellence as one of America's Top
10 Gourmet Rooms and also one of America's Top 100 Restaurants
in the 20th Century by the International Restaurant &
Hospitality Rating Bureau, Isis sets a new standard in fine
dining. Upon entering Isis along the intimate colonnade walk
of Caryatid statues and through glass doors with gold-embossed
"Wings of Isis," it is apparent you'll dine in a
manner befitting royalty. Start your meal with a sumptuous
appetizer of Smoked Salmon and Buckwheat Blinis with Creme
Fraiche and Caviar or Poached Oyster served over Creamed Spinach
with a touch of Pernod. For a main course, indulge in Magret
of Duck with Cassis and Ginger Sauce, Lobster Tail en Croute
with Seafood Mousse in White Zinfandel Sauce or Grenadine
of Veal Loin sautéed with Sorrel, Dry Vermouth Sauce.
Just be sure to save room for dessert, as Isis specializes
in magnificent flambe' treats.
Sacred Sea Room
The American Academy of Restaurants and Hospitality Sciences
named the Sacred Sea Room a five-star restaurant and "Best
of the Best" award winner. The restaurant serves a wide
variety of seafood, which is shipped in fresh daily. Murals
and hieroglyphic reproductions of fishing on the Nile line
the walls, and a wave-like blue ceiling mosaic provides a
cozy dining experience. Select from Spinach and Crab Salad
with Sundried Tomato Vinaigrette, Stuffed Prawns of Aswan
filled with a superb gruyere cheese and herb mixture and served
with a Lemon Caper Sauce, or Sautéed Halibut with a
Mustard Cream Sauce.
Luxor Steakhouse
A succulent feast fit for a pharaoh awaits where the choicest
USDA prime cuts of beef are seared to perfection at the elegantly-appointed
Luxor Steakhouse. Located on the Casino Level near the Luxor
Theater, the Luxor Steakhouse is decorated in finely crafted
cherry wood and richly-upholstered booths. The extensive menu
features New York Strip Steak, Filet Mignon and Roast Prime
Rib with accompaniments such as Cream of Watercress Soup,
Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms, Whole Stuffed Artichokes and
Hearts of Palm Vinaigrette. In addition, savory seafood, chicken
and pork entrees are available.
Fusia
Luxor Las Vegas unveils a rare indulgence in dining, Fusia.
With a twist on tradition, the main ingredients are familiar
but exotic flavors create dishes redolent with spice, color
and always reveal a hint of the unexpected. With a generous
portion appetizer menu, friends can share Satay Beef Skewers
served in spiced tempura rings, drizzled with sweet Cilantro
sauce and spiked with a zesty Mango Papaya salsa. The 90-seat
lounge in Fusia partners the unique appetizer menu with an
unrivaled selection of specialty drinks. From a Spiced Indonesian
Crab Stack to Fusia Nigiri Style Sushi, the combination of
appetizers and drinks sets Fusia apart from other lounges
on The Strip.
Pyramid Cafe
The Pyramid Cafe on the Casino Level offers a wide range of
breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Whether you're in
the mood for scrambled eggs, a turkey sandwich or prime rib,
the Pyramid Cafe has got it all, 24-hours a day. Images of
ancient Egyptian gods and goddesses line the walls, a grove
of palm trees flank the island booths, and special column
treatments replicate those found at the Temple of Luxor in
Egypt. The menu also features a number of calorie-conscious
selections.
Pharaoh's Pheast Buffet
Located on the Lower Level, the Pharaoh's Pheast Buffet features
an endless supply and irresistible selection of all-you-can-eat
entrees, appetizers, salads and desserts and made-to-order
cooking stations. Breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 11
a.m for $8.99; lunch, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $9.49; and
dinner, from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m for $14.49. Children 3-11 are
half price.
Nile Deli
In the mood for a little nosh? The Nile Deli offers kosher-style
deli foods in a New York-themed setting. Located on the Casino
Level near the Luxor Theater, the Nile Deli menu includes
such traditional favorites as Potato Pancakes, Potato Knish,
Blintzes, Chopped Chicken Liver and Triple Decker Sandwiches.
The Nile Deli is open Saturday and Sunday for breakfast and
lunch from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Food Court
For a quick bite, a snack or a coffee to go, the Food Court
on Pharaoh's Pavilion offers guests a choice of goodies from
the Luxor Coffee Company, McDonald's, Nathan's Hot Dogs, Little
Caesar's Pizza and Swenson's Ice Cream. The Food Court is
open daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.
