The biggest mountain in the East has something for everyone. We have properties on the Killington mountain road, and ski-in, ski-out convenience at the Killington Grand Resort hotel (page 51). A short drive from the slopes of Killington is the little town of Rutland, which has a nice selection of restaurants. If you tire yourself out, take a day off and go antiquing, or drive down to Manchester where there are some top designer factory outlets including Armani, Versace, Ralph Lauren and DKNY. Après-Ski is full-on in Killington, starting before the sun goes down and continuing all night long!

Getting Around:
A limited shuttle service runs from some of the hotels to the mountain, plus there is an evening trolley service (extra charge).

Killington has the best eats and drinks in New England by far - the whole 5 miles of Killington Road are lined with bars and night spots with live music, dancing and good food. The Wobbly Barn is most famous, making the viable claim to be the USA's greatest après-ski venue and they serve great food!
